This invigorating workout will help you launch your day in true Wanderlust style. Jacy Cunningham will lead you through a variety of calisthenic movements aimed at reminding you to slow down, tune in and smile. The first half of class will be a variety of movement exercises, and the second half will be dedicated to meditation.

The Jacy Method: Where working out meets working in and movement meets meditation.
Class time devoted to lecture: 11-20 minutes
