Have you always wanted to train like an athlete, but didn't know where to start? In this high intensity class, you'll learn tools to become faster, stronger, and more powerful in your body. Expect speed, agility, plyometrics, core work + strength and conditioning exercises. This class will train both your body and your mind to decrease reaction time and build stability in your ankles, knees, and hips. Finish with a yoga stretch session that will leave you feeling refreshed. Let's come together as a team to work hard, sweat, and push our limits!
Class time devoted to lecture: Less than 5 minutes
