You might be surprised to find out the difference between the two in this simple but powerful class designed to clarify some of the biggest meditation myths and help you stop feeling like a "meditaiton failure" if you can't clear your mind.

You will learn the powerful trifecta that makes up The Ziva Technique: Mindfulness to handle stress in the now, meditaiton to handle your stress from the past and manifesting to help your dreams for the future. There will be a lecture, breath-work, silent meditation and a manifesting visualization at the end.
Class time devoted to lecture: 21-30 minutes
