2018 has been a watershed year in activism, where we've seen individuals come together to us their voices, their wallets, and technology to demand something better. (Starbucks banned straws, you guys. Companies are listening.)

When corporations listen to the demands of their customer base, things change, and quickly. We've assembled experts who can talk plainly about corporate social responsibility, talk about the brands who have responded most deftly to consumer demands, and how, as consumers, we can hold companies accountable to the standards we need for society to be well.

• Moderator: Erin Schrode - Co-Founder, Turning Green; citizen activist & social entrepreneur
• Lindsay Dahl - VP Social & Environmental Responsibility, Beautycounter
• Missy Larsen, doTERRA - Senior Director, doTERRA Corporate Partnerships
• Michael Kuech - Co-Founder, YourSuper, proponent of transparent supply chain and how people can take initiative to hold companies responsible for ethics & integrity
• Chanelle Sladics - Co-founder, Simply Straws
Class time devoted to lecture: More than 45 minutes
