When we talk about creating change, there is perhaps no method more potent than giving the next generation the tools to make choices that will keep themselves, and their communities, well. This means providing them with skills such as yoga and mindfulness, so that they can use "meditation for de-escalation" in conflicts, but it also means given them reason to care for our planet, for our communities, and for each other.
Come hear five leaders in the field of information dissemination talk about how each of us can make a small difference in the lives of the next generation by "educating well".
