Move like a real athlete! This camp is designed with functional movement in mind. You can expect five different phases of this workout, a dynamic warm up and movement drills will be included.

You can also expect high intensity intervals with plenty of plyometrics that specifically targets your lower body. No equipment necessary, you will be using your very own body weight as Lita leads you through a series of drills that are orchestrated to increase your speed, agility and strength.

Let's tone and tighten your lower body as we tap into your inner athlete!
