Strength Coach and Athlete Mike Aidala joins Yoga Teacher and Movement Artist Chelsey Korus in this FUNdamentals Yoga Inversion class. You will gain core stability training, strength and agility, injury prevention and confidence while inverted. You'll leave the class with a new understanding of what it takes to hold your inversions in the center of the room. We will accomplish this through fun, creative flows that incorporate gymnastics, Acroyoga, vinyasa yoga, and strength training exercises. Get ready to turn your world upside-down.
Class time devoted to lecture: Less than 5 minutes
