The Jacy Method is an integrated workout experience designed to facilitate harmonious community. The Jacy Method is a direct response to the need for positive community engagement. Created by movement therapist Jacy Cunningham, he has found a unique mesh point where working out meets working in and movement meets meditation that is both challenging and fun for everyone.

Each workout experience is designed to fit the needs of the community at hand with the goal being harmonious community through authentic human connection. The structure follows an intuitive integrative process, 60 minutes of movement therapy followed by 30 minutes of guided meditation. Prepare yourself for a physical and emotional journey unlike anything you've ever experienced.
Class time devoted to lecture: 21-30 minutes
