Yoga Nidra is the practice of waking up through sleep. We use a systematic approach to train the mind to stay aware as your body falls into deeper states of sleep as taught through the Bihar School.

The process to arrive awake inside your sleep state closely follows the Koshas:

the body
the energy body
the mind
the intuition
the bliss body

Once we traverse through all the layers, you meet that eternal, unchanging part of yourSelf.

We will use a resolver sankalpa to point an arrow on what you are wishing to heal or welcome into your life.

We will do very simple movements in the beginning to warm up the joints and the duration of the practice happens while laying down on your back. You'll leave feeling deeply restored.
Class time devoted to lecture: Less than 5 minutes
