This Speakasy conversation centers around the mysterious and emerging practice of Yoga Nidra.
Many people know this practice as the Yogi Nap, or Yogic Sleep and understand it as deep relaxation, yet it is really so much more than that.

This conversation is to educate you about the depth of this practice and what is possible once you begin to travel through the realms of the subconscious and unconscious mind by allowing your body to fall asleep, while keeping your awareness present to the experience.

You will learn about brain waves states, the nature of the mind and how you can use the practice to re-program you inner pharmacy (aka: your endocrine system) to produce more feel good hormones and help you get over those re-occuring road blocks we all seem to meet as we walk through life.
You'll learn how the practice brings your nervous system into a state of coherence and allows you to rest in your parasympathetic nervous system where the deepest healing takes place.

You'll understand how this practice is an efficient path to awakening your intuition and deeper states of knowing through building intimacy to your unique energetic signature.
