Limited Capacity filling up

This bootcamp is athletic-inspired HIIT, fusing plyometric and dance moves. The workout is broken down into 3 rounds of 9 different exercises.

1st round: 3 different exercises will be performed for 30 seconds, 45 seconds, or 1 minute. Once you've completed the 3 moves, you will repeat 1 time before moving on to round 2. 

Each exercise will have a beginner, intermediate, and advanced level.
Class time devoted to lecture: Less than 5 minutes
