Some people crave change while others fear what it may bring. Regardless of our personal reactions, transitions are vital to our lives as we typically gain the most growth and awareness through them. But they are too often overlooked, especially in the yoga practice.

We experience transitions within our relationships, the roles we take on in our lives, and on our mat. The beginning and ending points of the evolution only make up half of the story. It is the journey that molds who we are and who we will become. Understanding the process of moving from point A to point B is challenging, but the benefits are lasting. Come to this class ready to shift your focal point from the end result to the journey itself. Students will strengthen their physical awareness of the links that form advanced poses within the flow.
Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
