With modifications for all levels, JJ's electrifying dance cardio consists of easy to follow, high-energy dance cardio routines pulled from Hip-Hop, Dance Hall, Salsa, Ballet, and LOTS of booty shaking! Throw in some resistance bands, plyometrics, kickboxing, and intense body weight muscle conditioning on the mat…and you've got a class designed to tone and create new muscles, build serious endurance, and sculpt a lean, sexy and STRONG dancer's body!
