In this interactive workshop with the Peabody Award winning non-profit, The Moth, you'll use essential principles of Moth storytelling to develop your own stories of transformation. We'll consider various points in your life with a before and after and develop stories about the change.

The Moth's mission is to promote the art and craft of storytelling and to honor and celebrate the diversity and commonality of human experience. The process of crafting a personal story in a workshop provides a unique opportunity for personal reflection while fostering connections grounded in vulnerability. You'll leave not only with your story but with the practical skills to build more stories and use them to connect and communicate.
