In this interactive workshop with the Peabody Award winning non-profit, The Moth, you'll use essential principles of Moth storytelling to develop your own stories of wellness. Stories will explore what wellness is to you, how you've found it, how you've chased it and how that shapes where you go next.

The Moth's mission is to promote the art and craft of storytelling and to honor and celebrate the diversity and commonality of human experience. The process of crafting a personal story in a workshop provides a unique opportunity for personal reflection while fostering connections grounded in vulnerability. You'll leave not only with your story but with the practical skills to build more stories and use them to connect and communicate.
Class time devoted to lecture: More than 45 minutes
