Alli will motivate you through a 50 minute cycling class with a focus on building your upper cardio limits, power and strength endurance. This class will begin with an extended warm-up followed by intense intervals and mixed recovery techniques. Expect your legs to be shakey after this class! This class includes a 10 minute cool with focus on stretching for cyclists.
Class time devoted to lecture: Less than 5 minutes
