We live in a fast, distracted, and disconnected world. Yet, there is an ancient and creative ritual and practice that has always connected the people back being imaginative, grateful and well — impermanent earth art.

Come learn a seven step, hands-on practice that's part creative expression, part mindfulness technique, and part nature connection — each step offers an innovative way to slow down, feel connected and bring beauty to your life.

Join Day Schildkret, internationally renowned earth mandala artist and author as he launches his new book: "Morning Altars: A 7-Step Practice to Nourish Your Spirit with Nature, Art and Ritual" for a lecture on how creating impermanent earth art everyday can bring health, healing and meaning to your life and to the world.

This workshop is 45-minutes lecture and 45-minutes creating your own Earth Mandala.
Class time devoted to lecture: 31-45 minutes
