Habits come in all forms - some healthier than others. One can have unhealthy relationships to everything from food, to diets, from alcohol & drugs to technology, and yes, even work. By creating new habits and rituals of self-care, essential oils fortify us emotionally in order to sustain our journey in recovery. This class is open to ALL who are in or interested in breaking bad habits as well as their family members. We will cover the very basics of essential oil knowledge at the start of the class, so beginners are very welcome.
