This class will begin with a dynamic warm-up, followed by a glute warmup. Once your muscles are ready to perform, we will go into some Full Body HIIT circuits that will bring your heart rate up and down. Finally, we will end with a cardio burnout and a quick stretch. Have fun, do work, GET MOVING!!
Class time devoted to lecture: Less than 5 minutes
