Join Erika Bloom's personally trained master teachers for a customized group mat class, which focuses on a neutral spine, engaged core, and lengthened muscles for a healthy, beautiful body. You will experience your body in a new way as you move and locate anatomical structures, and learn the correct alignment to restore proper biomechanics. The results are a refined physical embodiment that transcends the mat and helps you move with more awareness and ease in your life.
