Have you always wanted to train like an athlete, but didn't know where to start? In this high intensity class, you'll learn tools to become faster, stronger, and more powerful in your body. Expect speed, agility, plyometrics, core work + strength and conditioning exercises. This class will train both your body and your mind to decrease reaction time and build stability in your ankles, knees, and hips. Finish with a yoga stretch session that will leave you feeling refreshed. Let's come together as a team to work hard, sweat, and push our limits!

This bootcamp is athletic-inspired HIIT, fusing plyometric moves, dance moves, and resistance training. The workout is broken down into 3 rounds of 9 different exercises.

1st round: 3 different exercises will be performed for 30 seconds, 45 seconds, or 1 minute. Once you've completed the 3 moves, you will repeat 1 time before moving onto round 2. 

Each exercise will have a beginner, intermediate, and advanced level.
