Kristel is the daughter and niece of orthomolecular nutritionists, she learned early that what you put in your food effects every thing you do. When cutting dairy from her diet she was relieved of lifelong eczema symptoms. When her partner was diagnosed with cancer at 24, she did her research and became vegan the next day. Together she and co-founder Michael Kuech created 5 superfood mixes and 2 vegan proteins.
